Descriptor: First we see the exterior of a large house, before two large cars appear in front of it, with a which caption over them which reads, "Millionaire Mansion." We then see Roy Gibney appear between the two cars, with a white caption above which reads, "Lottery Winner ...." We then zoom in to the front door of the property, where Rob Gibney, who won £7.5m on the Lottery, opens the doors and welcomes us to his house. We then see various interior and exterior shots of the house.

Roy Gibney: Welcome to a millionaire's mansion, er, ie, Gibney Towers, if you'd like a look around, I'd gladly show you.

Descriptor: We are now introduced to Roy's fiancée Darlene and brother Charlie, who sit at a table in the kitchen. We then see a fast montage of shots from the kitchen, including bottles of champagne in a wine rack, a close up of the cooker, the interior of the fridge, before once again going back to Roy, Darlene and Charlie in the kitchen. Once again we then see various shots of the kitchen, before focusing in on a framed newspaper page with a photo of Roy and a headline which reads, "Mr Millions."

Roy Gibney: And this is me fiancée Darlene, and this is me brother Charlie who actually shouted my numbers out on my lucky night. This is where I do all me cooking and I consider meself to be a reasonable cook. What's your opinion?

Descriptor: We now see Roy standing in his bedroom, who then presses a remote control, and we see a TV pop up from the cabinet at the bottom of the bed, and back down again.

Roy Gibney: Well this is the hub of the house, the master bedroom and I'm quite known to loving my TV.

Descriptor: We now see Roy leave the house, before seeing views from the balcony of the Roy's garden, including the fish pond.

Roy Gibney: This is where we come out in the mornings on a lovely summer day, have coffee and admire the view and contemplate what's going to happen the rest of the day.

Descriptor: We now see Roy in his bathroom. We now see various shots of the fixtures and fittings of the bathroom, including the bath and the sinks.

Roy Gibney: Well this is our bathroom, the master bed bathroom er, and obviously the lifestyle I have now, his and her sinks. This is Darlene's, she loves to lay in here, light a few candles and she loves it.

Descriptor: Roy is now in a bedroom, where he leads us to an enormous telescope, where he describes what he likes about it.

Roy Gibney: Well this is one of me favourite toys without any doubt, this is quite a powerful telescope, you can see quite a lot of galaxies and stars and moons round, that
you can't normally see, but the most fun part about it is you can always see what the neighbours are up to.

Descriptor: We now see a free flow camera shot, which walks us through the house and down the stairs, until we reach the bar. We now see Darlene and Roy behind the bar. We then see various shots of the inside of the bar, including the glasses, the dart board.

Roy Gibney: Well this is the best room in the house, this is the local pub known as the Red Lion, this is the best barmaid in the house, Darlene my fiancée. The best thing about this place is it's open twenty four seven and er, there's no till.

Descriptor: Once again we see a free flow camera shot, which takes us into the swimming pool, where we see various shots of the surroundings, before meeting Roy, who sits on the edge of the pool and describes why he loves this room. We then focus in on pictures of Roy's family which have been made into mosaics on the walls. Lastly, we focus on the bottom of the pool, which has Roy's name, the date of his win and the numbers that he used on it.

Roy Gibney: Well this is definitely one of the favourite rooms of the house, not only do you get a bit of decent exercise, get a few of the old pounds off, but in the summer time we have such good barbeques and all the kids and all the family come swimming. There are pictures of the family on the walls on the tiles. These are the numbers I do, and I still do the lottery actually er, whether I win it again or not, I doubt that. But if I do, I'd probably give most of it away to charity. I've got enough thank you.

Descriptor: Roy now leads us from his house, through the garden and down to the pond in his garden. We then see a shot of his black swans swimming on the pond, before Roy explains what he likes about it.

Roy Gibney: Well from Gibney Towers to Gibney Park, we'll go through the garden. But beware one thing; watch the black swans, cos they can be quite vicious. This is the lake, this is where I like to come down, especially early in the morning, sometimes in the evenings, sit and fish, reflect on everything, get away from everybody else. And then I suppose really, realise just exactly how lucky a person I really am.

Descriptor: For the final time we see Roy, who now sits in the driver's seat of his car, who speaks directly to the camera and then drives away.

Roy Gibney: Well I have to love you and leave you, I hope you've enjoyed the manor, I hope you get lucky one day too still, bye.
