Descriptor: First we meet Matthew Breach who is standing in a park. A caption is visible which reads 'Matthew Breach, £17.8 million jackpot winner’.

Matthew Breach: Hello, my name's Matt, I won seventeen million on the lottery. It could be you next.

Descriptor: Next, we see shots of the stately home where the press conference is being held, along with a St George's Cross flag, National Lottery balloons and shots of Matthew celebrating his win with a large cheque, champagne and Matthew holding a number plate which reads 'jackpot'. We now see Matthew sat answering questions inside for the main press conference. A gentleman is sat next to him.

Matthew Breach: I do two lines on a Saturday and two on a Wednesday that I've always done, and it was just that I was buying a pint of milk on the way home, I thought oh, I'll buy some Lucky Dips® as well, and then didn't think no more of it, and that was it.

Descriptor: We now see Matthew outside opening a bottle of champagne before once again returning to the press conference. As Matthew talks, we see more shots of him outside holding a large cheque and a champagne glass, while cameramen and photographers film and take photos.

Matthew Breach: It wasn't until, about lunch time I had a look, and er, thought, "Oh I've got four numbers", and then a little bit later, and I've got six numbers there, phoned up my boss and er, he said, "Yeah, you've won". He said, “Do you know how much you've won?” I said no, he said, “You've won nearly eighteen million pounds”. Well I didn't obviously go into work on the Friday, just sort of monkeyed about my flat and did nothing, kept myself to myself, and on Saturday I promised a friend I'd help dig a pond, so, a multimillionaire goes and digs a friend's pond for them.

Descriptor: While Matthew speaks, we see more shots of him outside, this time he is holding a champagne glass and a shovel. We then return to the press conference.

Matthew Breach: Well I had the conversation with my friend as we always did; what we would do if we won the lottery and that, and now it’s here, I don’t know what to do.

Descriptor: We now see a slow motion shot of Matthew spraying champagne outside before once again returning to the main press conference.

Matthew Breach: No, I won't go back to work, I don't think.

Descriptor: We now see shots of Matthew holding the number plate with 'jackpot' printed on it, as well as a close up of his cheque with the figure '£17,799,986' visible, and more shots of him celebrating with champagne. Next, we see Matthew once again standing in parkland.

Matthew Breach: I've played it since it first started, and er, always done two lines on a Wednesday, two on a Saturday, and then just, I stopped to buy a pint of milk and er, thought I'd get some Lucky Dips® as well. So I got four, and I won. Got the ticket out, checked the ticket, and had my iPhone out, checked it on that, and had Teletext up, and was checking it on that as well. So, I'm gonna go away for a bit, let it all settle down, let me get more used to the idea that I've actually won this large amount of money and um, come back then have a spend up. House, cars and toys and gadgets. My mum didn't believe it and I can't tell you what my sister said, but they was really excited. For a pound or two pounds, it's worth a go isn't it? So, you know, mine cost me £4 and I've won seventeen and a half million.
