Descriptor: First we see the National Lottery logo and the London 2012 Olympics logo on a white background above the slogan, "be part of it" and the caption, "Just 1 year to go". We then see a computer-generated shot of three lottery balls bouncing on an Olympic podium beneath three British flags, while a fanfare plays in the background. We then cut back to the logos, with the caption, "Playing our part in London 2012". We now see OJ Borg in a dressing room in front of a mirror, with a hairdresser behind him. OJ talks to camera in the mirror.
OJ: Hi, I'm lottery presenter OJ Borg. Now, last week I met up with the GB water polo team—the women's division!—up in Manchester and, here's some exclusive footage of what happened there. Roll VT.
Descriptor: We see a montage of shots of OJ in and around a swimming pool. The shots alternate from colour to black and white. We freeze on a black and white shot of OJ grimacing underwater, while an onscreen caption reads, "OJ Borg Water Polo Outtakes". We now see OJ walking beside the pool and talking to camera.
OJ: Right, Ah, it's time for me to get changed into something a little more comfortable, if you count, Speedos as comfortable. Er, I've got to do it in here, apparently.
Descriptor: We see OJ in a room, about to get changed. One of the walls of the room is made of glass. We now see OJ talking to camera.
OJ: Can I just point out, there's about twenty girls. Just look that way a second, there's twenty girls stood outside the room and I've got to get changed in here.
Descriptor: We see a team of women in swimming costumes and caps waving to OJ from behind the glass. One of the women has a British flag. An onscreen caption reads, "GB Water Polo Team". We then see OJ holding up a pair of swimming trunks, while we hear the women groan.
OJ: I didn't have any!
Descriptor: We see a display in the swimming centre. A sign above the display reads "Sport England" and "Lottery Funded". The display reads, "GB Water Polo" and "Manchester Aquatics Centre". We again see OJ in the room talking to camera.
OJ: None of them are wearing one but I've brought, just in case (he holds a gum shield up to the camera), but, er, none of them are wearing one (he throws the gumshield on the floor), so, OJ's not wearing one either!
Descriptor: We see OJ warming up beside the pool in his swimming trunks. We then see shots of OJ and members of the team practising in the water. We now see OJ talking to one of the women in the pool.
OJ: What's a foul, so how do I foul you? Woman: You can foul me, yep! (we see OJ lunge forward and push her head underwater. She slips loose and laughs.)OJ: What are you struggling for?Woman: I think that might be a foul!
Descriptor: We see OJ dressed and talking to camera. He is on a balcony overlooking the team, who are training in the pool. The shot alternates between colour and black and white.
OJ: I'm at the Manchester Aquatic Centre, behind me, the GB's Women's team is training hard. Now, last time I played water polo, about ten years ago, my horse drowned so I had to give up. Today though, I'm going to give it another go. Who's got my horse?
Descriptor: We again see OJ in the pool, talking to one of the women.
OJ: Has anyone made the joke, how does your horse swim?Woman: Oh, god, yeah.OJ When they play water polo?Woman: All of them. All of them.
Descriptor: We see OJ look disappointed. We then see a shot of OJ talking underwater. His words are unintelligible, but an onscreen caption reads, "Does my bum look big in this?" A second onscreen caption reads, "What about my nose?" We then see OJ with one of the team, apparently stood on the surface of the water. As we watch, a time-lapse shot shows that the floor of the pool is raised, but is now lowering with OJ and the woman stood on it, allowing the pool to refill. We now see OJ stood by the pool.
OJ: Well you know what, I've always known I was pretty good, people have said it to me, they didn't realise, I was, this good! (He walks across the raised floor of the pool.) This is my miracle moment! Walking on water! (The woman, who is also stood on the pool floor, throws a polo ball at his head.) Oi!
Descriptor: We cut back to OJ by the side of the pool again.
OJ: Do you want me to do that again? The miracle thing? No problem. You know what? I am pretty amazing. In fact, watch this! (As OJ walks on to the pool, he falls in, along with the camera.) Argh! Well they... Who lowered the floor?
Descriptor: We see OJ throw water at the camera.
