Descriptor: We see a garden party with a long table and chairs in white. The setting is a manicured lawn near a river. It's a sunny day and National Lottery balloons and Union Jack flags adorn the tables. People are pouring champagne and enjoying themselves.

Kate Edmondson: 2011 will be remembered as the year of the street party. First, the Royal Wedding, now there's another reason to celebrate in style and bring out the party pieces. Oh yeah, eat your hearts out Kate and Wills.

Descriptor: A caption comes on the screen that says “Kate Edmondson Draw Show Host”. Kate then appears with a flag to narrate the event. Party guests are helping themselves to various party foods and sitting together at the party table. We then see close-up shots of several winners whilst Kate Edmondson narrates in the background.

Kate Edmondson: Throughout Great Britain, National Lottery winners are coming together in their home regions to celebrate the number of millionaires created locally and here in Leeds today, are National Lottery millionaires galore, nay, royalty. All of whom were created here in the Yorkshire region. They look like a pretty friendly bunch, so let's go sample the spread and mingle with some millionaires. 'Cmon.

Descriptor: Champagne toasts are being made and many of the millionaires are gathered together talking and laughing. We see some of them coming down steps of a house to gather at the scene of the table.

First we see Susan and Michael Crossland. A caption comes on the screen ,which reads “Susan and Michael Crossland. £1.2 Million Jackpot Winners”. Kate then approaches them.

Kate Edmondson: Hello, who are you?

Susan Crossland: Hi, I'm Susan Crossland.

Michael Crossland: And I'm Michael Crossland.

Kate Edmondson: And how much did you win?

Susan Crossland: One and a quarter million.

Descriptor: The screen image then switches and we see Kate with Trish Emson. A caption appears on the screen, which says “Trish Emson £1.7 Million Jackpot Winner”.

Kate Edmondson: What was the first thing that you bought?

Trish Emson: A caravan.

Kate Edmondson: A caravan?

Trish Emson: At Cleethorpes.

Kate Edmondson: Most people normally go out and buy a car or a house … [Kate's voice fades out as Trish responds]

Trish Emson: No, I didn't buy a car, I ordered a car as well, but I bought a caravan so, I could go back to where I used to go when I were a child.

Descriptor: Union Jack flags are being waved by the party guests sat at the party table. The screen image then switches and we see Kate with Sue and Lee Mullen. A caption appears on the screen, which says “Lee and Sue Mullen £4.8 Million Jackpot Winners”.

Kate Edmondson: What does it feel like the moment that you win?

Lee Mullen: Unbelievable. Disbelief.

Descriptor: Party guests are waving Union Jack flags and listening to the conversation. The screen image then switches back to Kate with Susan Crossland.

Susan Crossland: Even though you've won it you still don't believe that you've won it. Until someone just says “Yeah, you've won it”. It's like “Oh!”.

Descriptor: Again we see party guests are waving Union Jack flags and joining in conversation. The screen image then switches back to Kate with Trish Emson.

Kate Edmondson: What are your lucky numbers?

Trish Emson: I don't even know what they are 'cause I got Lucky Dips!

Kate Edmondson: Oh really? So, you don't choose?

Trish Emson: No, I don't choose any numbers.

Descriptor: Again, we see Union Jack flags are waved amongst the party guests. The screen image then switches and we see Kate with Julie Birkett. A caption appears on the screen, which says “Julie Birkett £1 Million Jackpot Winner”.

Kate Edmondson: What would be your advice for any future lottery winners?

Julie Birkett: To enjoy the money and don't spend it all at once.

Descriptor: A long camera shot shows all guests at party table with balloons and flags, with party cakes and drinks, before switching back to Kate now in front of the empty table after the guests have left. She holds up a doughnut as she walks towards the camera. Kate Edmondson: So the party's moved inside and it's in full swing leaving me with all the doughnuts, yummy.

Descriptor: So I'm going to go and join them, party the night away and maybe see if they've got a few bob for the taxi home. See ya!
